  • Charmés products are technically warranted by the manufacturer for a period of one year, when the products have published, they have undergone a strict quality control process and no technical fault.
    If there is any technical error during the warranty period, the product will be repaired, we will fix that error for free. In case of irreparable damage, the product will be replaced free of charge.

  • When buying high quality jewellery from Charmés, you automatically enjoy (conditional) lifelong maintenance service free of charge, including:
    . ultrasonic cleaning, specialized jewellery washing water
    . Polishing, plating, restoring surface.

  • CHARMÉS has developed a European-standard formula to make-up of raw materials. The quality of raw materials is controlled in all steps of the production process. Specifically, in the make-up of white gold, CHARMÉS does not use Nickel but Palladium to avoid causing allergies for consumers.
